There is Hope!!!
So I’ve been struggling to find grass fed beef as of late, but thanks to this amazing blog I found this morning, I feel like there is hope that I can make it through this. Nom Nom Paleo blog is written by a mom in Palo Alto that does crossfit, and loves food. She did the whole 30 challenge last year and documented her meals each day along with the recipes and where she found her ingredients. Her blog has become a huge resource for me, and will hopefully get me through this challenge. She also sells shirts her site that pretty nifty, you should check it out and buy some ;-)

Performance WOD
Last night I completed my gym's performance WOD that will allow me to see my progress as the diet progresses. I will repeat the WOD after 30 days, and again at 60 days. It will be interesting to see how much I improve over time, below is a description of the WOD and my results:

Whole30 Challenge
Greetings Everyone,
I've decided to restart my blog in order to document my Whole30 challenge I have started my gym, Canyon Crossfit. I don't think it will be too hard of a transition, but only time will tell. I've already planned my meals for the day, and plan to complete my performance WOD tomorrow.
